Usage

  • Portland substitute in concrete and paints.
  • Filler in concrete and bitumen.
  • Raw material for composites, for foam glass, for porous glass and for porous facing material.
  • Fluxing agent for ceramic materials.
  • Binding agent for facing tiles.
  • Bricks manufacturing – based on fine cullet, binding agent and eco-friendly hardener, hardening with 200 °C and bricks made of it are several times sturdier than ceramic bricks; extra burn makes it waterproof and its look similar to ceramics.
  • Foamed glass manufacturing in the shape of panels, granules and profiled parts.
  • Tiles manufacturing (a mix of crushed amber glass, crushed stone and Portland cement).
  • Panels manufacturing (31% crushed glass, 62% rubble stone, 6% clay).
  • Foam glass panels manufacturing.

Usage of milled glass cullet in engineering and other clusters allows to improve physical and mechanical properties of the end by up to 40% whereas adding it to dry mixes improves their hydro engineering by up to 50%, therefore making them waterproof.
